Since the beginning of August 2016, there has been vicious battles between the regime\u2019s forces and Darya\u2019s fighters. The regime could take over the farming lands surrounding Darya as well as destroy the underground tunnels that link Darya with Al Mouhdamya so the besiege is fierce even more on civilians and citizens in the inhabited area. Therefore, Darya\u2019s inhabitants asked the regime for a truce and negotiate.
\nIn 25th of August, the terms of agreement between Darya\u2019s people council and the Syrian regime was on the media. The agreement says that civilians are to go to the areas nearby Darya in Damascus Suburb. Militants are to leave with their light weapon to Northern Syria up to Idleb. Civilians and militants are to go groups in a couple of days.
\nThe first group left in 27\/8\/2016 to Sarmda, they were approximately 275 with militants.
\nIn the second day, the last group arrived at Aleppo and Idleb suburbs in 28\/8\/2016 for temporary residency in Jerjinaz where some organizations provided places for temporary residency.
\nIn accordance with International Law, Forced migration\u201d is practiced by governments, paramilitary groups or radical groups towards racial, religious or sectarian groups in the purpose of evacuating a specific area and substitute it with other group.
\nAccording to international law, the fact that the Syrian regime has forcefully migrated Darya\u2019s people from their own city satisfies all the elements of a crime that it aims at changing the demography of Damascus Suburb\u2019s people and this should be condemned by the International Community.
\nSo, forced migration\u201d is practiced by governments, paramilitary groups or radical groups towards racial, religious or sectarian groups in the purpose of evacuating a specific area and substitute it with other group.
\nThis is supported with articles \u201cSecond, Seventh and Eighth\u201d of Rome Statute system. Accordingly, forced migration is considered as a war crime.<\/p>\n

This crime puts a commitment on the International community to use all means of pressure on the Syrian regime to let Darya\u2019s people back to their city with guarantees to be protected and prevent the recurrence such in another area in Syria.<\/p>\n

The International community\u2018s silence towards such crimes and violations committed by the Syrian regime evacuates international laws and conventions\u2019 values out and motivate the Syrian regime to commit even more brutal and savage crime for Syrian people.<\/p>\n
